Yoga Hike

NRY Yoga hikes combine outdoor exploration and peer connection while integrating a beginner friendly yoga sequence and meditation by a pond at the halfway point. The first half of the nature walk we chat and connect, after our yoga practice we continue silently for a forest bathing experience. Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku in Japanese, is a practice of immersing in the sights, sounds and scents of the forest while mindfully walking to promote relaxation and well-being. This practice aims to deepen your connection with the natural world, cultivating a profound sense of rejuvenation. 

 

The approximate location is in Harwinton, CT and exact location will be sent after registration.

This will be about 2-3 hours. Please bring water, a yoga mat and snacks.
