Somatic Breathwork

Experience the incredibly effective, yet simple and gentle, somatic breathing practice that aids in enhanced ability to cope with and manage difficult emotions, as well as release stuck energy and limiting beliefs from the cells of your body. Somatic breathwork is an evidence-based practice that supports nervous system recovery after trauma, anxiety, and chronic stress.
It is recommended to wear loose clothing to allow the breath to flow, bring blankets, and whatever else you may need to lie comfortably on the floor.

$30 + tax to attend. No cost for Premium Members, use your “Specialty" Unlimited Pass to register.

There are no refunds for specialty classes. If you need to cancel, we will transfer your ticket to a future specialty class of your choice.
