This specialty class is designed specifically to bring some light-hearted joy & relaxation in for you & the kids you love!

Participants will engage in mindful movement and some fun, interactive Yoga Poses that will encourage teamwork & laughter! This class ends with a relaxing soundscape and a short story. 

 This is for caregivers of any age and children ages 7-12, all abilities welcome! Come ready to relax, play and connect in a supportive and joyful way!

$40 / adult, kids are free. There is no charge for Premium Monthly Members, please use your “Specialty Class Pass” to register.

 It is assumed each 1 adult who registers will have 1 child. There will be a $5 fee for additional children, please email info@nourishedrootsyoga.com.
